I have Avast free paired with MalwareBytes and it's really a great pair, you can't go wrong with them.

I have used Kaspersky for a few years now on my main rig and have nothing negative to say about it. It's always been light on the system and I love that they let you choose weather or not you want "game mode" to be active or not. A lot of other security software now incorporates the "game mode" so its automatic and while it may be a good thing to some I just prefer to active on my own...I like choices and customization. I don't torrent, I don't download a lot of software, I keep my rig pretty light so as far as that goes but its never ever given me an issue with software. I do watch a ton of porn because I am sick in the head and objectify bitches and have never had a computer virus. I have caught a few things in real life but never on my rig. 

 

I have never used eset but they have a cool box  :)

I can't say ESET is bad or good as I have nothing to compare it to other than free norton trials. But what I can say is that I haven't got a virus with it on, it blocks almost everything but not everything cause I can still download, mainly I find it blocks the pop up ads, and doesn't seem to impact performance plus you can disable it or put it into gamer mode if you are worried and includes all the features that one would expect. I like and will continue to use it until it fails me.
