I recently purchased and installed an Asus Tuf Gaming H570-Pro Wi-Fi Motherboard but the onboard USB 2.0 headers do not appear to be functioning correctly. I plugged in both a NZXT Kraken z53 and a Corsair lighting controller but neither of them seem to be working properly. The screen on the kraken z53 does not light up and none of the corsair fans light up. Neither devices (NZXT Kraken z53 and a Corsair lighting controller) show up in device manager or system info. I ensured the USB headers were enable in the BIOS, updated drivers and many other potential solutions but none seemed to work. Thoughts? Thanks in advance :)
