i7 8700k @5GHz + RX 6700XT FE with Corsair SF600 SFX 600 Watt 80+ Gold power supply?

I have an i7 8700k that I may be overclocking to 5GHz and I could potentially be getting a 6700XT Founders card. I have a Corsair SF 600 (SFX 600 watt power supply because of Lian Li O11 Mini case). Would I be able to run my CPU and GPU at stock and will I be able to OC my CPU or would that be absolutely pushing it?

i mean google says The AMD 6700 XT at its peak consumes around ~230 Watts. This means you need at least 470W to run it, so your total power supply should be at least 650W.
