I am wondering if I should look into using more fans, seeing as the Enermax case I am planning on using can support up to 3 fans. Also, are there any other changes, or any other possible issues with compatibility I should be worried about? Thanks!

the case comes with pretty optimal fans you should be fine

8150 is trash, 8320 is better. Also, better motherboard.

The G46 can have issues with fx 8 cores.
