Stuttering issues

So i have a i5 9400F and a GTX 1650 With 8gb of ram and when i play games like forza horizon 3 or 4 or even warzone im having a lot of stutters and honeslty i dont believe its my gpu or cpu fault bc they are ok for gaming i think its my ram and thats why i ordered 16gb ram can someone tell me if getting 16gigs is gonna help me or no?

my friend has an i7 8700k and a 1050 and he runs games pretty well but he has 16gb of ram thats why i think my ram is letting me down

dont think its ram, plenty of games run great with 8gb. possibly your gpu software, could be out of date or smt. also dont use v-sync

i dont use v-sync and do u mean gpu software?

i resetted my pc and i got better performances before reinstalling programs so thats also why i think its ram and btw i have my gpu drivers up to date
