High idle temp

Go to solution Solved by GuiltySpark_,

Load temp sounds normal so overall you're fine. Idle temp is likely just due to poor case ventilation.

Hello, i just got my ZOTAC Trinity OC 3080 yesterday i used DDU after installing it and everything went great but, my gpu temps are high on idle its always between 50-59 with 210 gpu clock and 1% usage 0 fan rpm, and under high load its around 70.

is that normal? because i dont think it is

Not really, seeing as how only the load temps are actually important.

Is GPU not using 0 RPM mode when idle, if yes, then 50c sounds ok. Just like the Asus strix cards. Load temp is all that matters. You can check if you're running high clockspeed at idle
