Can Not Access my Disk Drives

I have a B550 Elite Aorus AX V2 working with a RYZEN 5 B3600 CPU.  I was messing with the BIOS and now my diskdrives are not recognized in the boot up menu - what can I do to fix this?

I've had issues recently with Win10 BSOD's after which the system would not recognize my secondary SSD. For me turning off the pc and cutting it off from power (unplugging it from any power source ie outlets ect) and holding down the power button for about a minute and then plugging and booting it back up made the system able to recognize it again.
