Can you provide examples?  As in actual fps numbers in what games at what settings and resolutions?

It's like saying I bought a Corvette and it isn't fast.  Not much to work with.

Update GRAPHICS driver. Not CPU or chipset drviers. If you don't have Nvidia's GeForce Experience, download it. It will get you the latest Nvidia drivers for your GPU. Just seach Nvidia GeForce Experience on google.

In that case I'd recommend uninstalling the driver with DDU and reinstalling it.

Some things to test out temporarily

1. Do you get higher frames when the resolution/settings are lower? If so then it's likely GPU related.
2. Do you get higher framerates when you close everything but the game? If so then it's likely CPU related (possibly a RAM deficit).

3. Are there other titles that run at an expected level? If so what are the general performance attributes of them?

Ideally when you go about troubleshooting you want to generate as DISTINCT hypothesis as possible (performance-GPU, performance-CPU, configuration-error, etc.) and find ways to test each hypothesis. The more DIFFERENT tests you run, the better as you want your tests to push in different areas (so not the same thing over and over).

in rust setting dont really change the fbs even the res i play on 1920 by 1080

im thinking its either cpu or ram
