pc error

So I went to work and left my PC running on locked screen, a normal thing that everyone does. I came back home and I see this error. The PC keeps restarting and showing the error. It restarts every 3 minutes.

my windows is on an ssd, and how can I use chkdsk if my pc wont boot i dont understand..

use a win10 installation usb?  and click on repair? and after 3 terminal crashes windows should go into repair mode where you can access chkdisk in cmd under the troubleshooting options.
