possibly dead gtx 960

Recently I purchased a used evga gtx 960 that worked fine until this morning.  I powered it on and it booted fine until the unlock screen.  then the screen went black.  So i tried restarting in and about 10 sec after it was done booting it would go black.  So I tried all of the other hardware and all of it was fine.  Now the card doesn't display it booting and the fans do like one rotation. I also booted without the card and uninstalled every driver.  So I was hoping someone could help me troubleshoot.

Did you check your cables and monitor/ monitor settings?

yes

have you tried putting the card in another slot or using a different port on the GPU

yes i have tried different ports ect

what about different power supply wires to your GPU?

yes

the only other thing I can think of is trying it in another PC, but it sounds like the fans may have died and the unit overheated it.

HEYY! did you do something after?? my GTX 960 is also mostly dead...  I cannot afford another gpu like when I fit it inside it does not get detected and the pc boots up as normal but black screen... pls helpppp
