something seems wrong with my fps

I have had my system for around 8 months now. When it was new, i would run valorant at a pretty constant 250+ fps and would even peak into the 300 range. Now playing with the same settings, im averaging 180 to 200. I know its not bad but the change in fps is concerning me. I have a Ryzen 5 3600, Radeon rx 5600 xt, 16 gb ddr4 3600 ram. I also run at 144 hz and have 2 monitors.

why is it that im only using 40% of both gpu and cpu tho?

Because the game is so low spec it barely even stresses your pc, I play the game with a 3070 and my gpu usage is 20%
