WINDOWS EVENT VIEWER LOG: (MIGHT BE RELATED?)_

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{XXXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXXX}
and APPID
{XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX}
to the user XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (S-1-5-21-XXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXX) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Remote computers can update large steam games but only for 30 secconds or so before crash, small games update with out crashing. I can work arround the problem by updating games on steam on the server but thats not always convenient.
