Use case becomes a big one here.  That doesn’t look like a gaming machine to me.  Massive PSU likely designed for SLI, honking big memory stack, it kinda looks like the biggest one of everything was picked.  A 5950 throws a lot of heat. Running it at stock could run that cooler near the end.  There are coolers with larger total heat capacities that are still air. The legrande Macho comes to mind.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Yeah that'll work, but the RAM and storage seems a bit overkill

What are you using the computer for?

We don’t even know what the thing is supposed to be for yet.  Looks like not gaming, or at least is built to accommodate some other workload.  How is a case even choosable?  If you want a mess of airflow at a low price but don’t care about looks at all iirc there’s a DIYpc case that can do a decent if not best in class job for something like $40.  If you are looking for high ratings I suggest the GN 2021 case roundup.  He specifically tests for that.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

No I mean running the 5950 at stock. There is no stock cooler for a 5950.  A 5950 is supposed to run a good bit hotter than a 5900 which I am given to understand already needs more than a 4 pipe cooler to get by.  Noctua n15 would likely work stock.  AMD iirc doesn’t even sell a cooler big enough to be a stock cooler for a 5800 let alone a 5900.  People buy noctuas for quiet though and I’m not sure how quiet it would still be under heavy load.
