Budget: 7000 - 9000 PLN max (just for the pc, no peripherals)

Hello, I would like to know if this is a good part list. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yjHG9N  I’m going to build this pc in Poland within the next month, but most of the US prices are equal to 1/4 the PLN prices here. This PC is going to be used mainly for gaming and programming. Also, Im not sure if I should get a RTX 3060, 3060 Ti, 3070 or 3070 Ti, 3500 PLN ($900), 4000 PLN ($1040), 4800 PLN ($1250), 5000 PLN ($1300) respectively.

See warning at bottom of PCPartPicker List.

Which you can easily ignore because by this stage of production every B550 boards have 5000 series support.
