Disabling the thermal treshold

So, after cleaning my rog strix scar 2 the temps got a little better, but i still get stutters caused by them, and they are VERY annoying, so I decided to go all the way and find a way to disable the thermal treshold.
I know it's dangerous etc, but idc anymore at this point, I just want to play well for a bit till my laptop dies.

 

Anyone mind telling me how to disable it?
