Looking to buy a new pre build

Hi I'm looking to buy a new gaming rig and not sure which specs I'll need. Looking to be at around the $1500 range. I've been looking at Ryzen 5 5800x and the 7 5800x. And either a RXT 3060 or 3070. I'm planning on building a racing simulator that can handle VR. I've looked at most of the major companies but am looking for recommendations on which one others would choose. Cooling seems to be a big issue with pre builds. Not sure if one company does better in this category. Also would it be a good idea to possibly go with a 1660 super to save some coin. Any suggestions or input is welcome.
