Computer keeps seizing or self rebooting

Can someone please tell me why my computer is so wildly unstable yesterday I took out my gpu and reapplied thermal paste as well as cleaned off the lane on the card and put it back in my system but now whenever i want too actually use my system or just have it on it will either reboot or seize audio and video output and the green light on the mother board will turn off but the system fans and rgb will stay on until I restart it myself i have tried about everything I could think of such as fresh windows installs different GPUs such as a GT 710 and GTX 750TI but absolutely nothing has changed and im seriously pissed off that I have spent my entire summer working on this pc and it a still does not function as it should or when it does it doesn't last, my system specs are (Rog Strix GTX 1070 8gb) (AMD Ryzen 7 1700) (2x8gb g skill 3200mhz that causes my pc too blue screen when docp is enabled) (EVGA 700watt bronze) (Windows 10 pro fully up to date) every thing in this system is new or second hand
