Can anyone explain what's this on the PCB? E214887?

Seems like a certification for that type of PCB?

It seems a company code for me, I found there are several E214887 parts in the market, but anyone knows what exactly that is?

It looks to be a model number of a old  tv.

No, that's a motherboard for a computer... I thought it is well known... cause I found they have different kind of boards...

You are right, I just did a little study today, I found it is actually a testing certification, basically to ensure the safety of the electronic component released by UL (Underwriter's Laboratories).
