Yeah, youll need to remove the side panel to make sure it fit. What CPU do you have?

Yeah, you wont need a lot to cool that thing. The stock cooler it comes with is enough, but if you want a sizable bump up, something like NH-U12S from Noctua is a good shot.

Well I want to overclock as well, now that you mention  NH-U12S is it better than the Dark Rock 4 (non pro).

the dr pro 4 exceeds the max height cpu cooler height for the s340 elite
