Bluetooth adapter

So I have been looking for quite a bit but cant find a good Bluetooth adapter the one I have right now is really bad I cant use my Air pods and moues at the same time with out buffering and its pissing my off big time. All of the adapters i have found seem to have something that indicates that they don't have multidevice support. If it has Wi-Fi too that's good but it definitely doesn't need it.

Main Project:

A desk that has a hatch that opens in the middle of it and then goes down flush with the desk.
