My pc keeps freezing up

So sometimes (maybe one or two days out of the week) my pc will just crash repeatedly. Usually when I'm playing a game, it will cut off my mic, and all actions are prettymuch locked up, and I notice every time this crash happens, the icons on my taskbar won't "glow" when I hover my cursor over them, but they still can be clicked, and open that tab, in which all the actions are locked up. I then just restart my pc, and if I'm unlucky, it will crash again shortly after restarting.

Ryzen 7 2700x CPU

Asus ROG x470 Strix Motherboard

Asus ROG RTX 2060 GPU

G.Skill Trident Z RAM

1TB HDD

250GB SSD

Corsair RM850x PSU (Brand new, replaced my old one like a week ago)
