Windows Format Problem

2 Days ago i formatted my pc via windows reset. After the notification of "deleting files" is completed screen went black. I waited around 30 mins but there was no display so i clossed my pc by power button. Then it was opening but there was no display again also motherboards vga led was on. So i called a technician he re-seated rams and cables but there was no display again. So as a final try he took out my gpu(rtx 2070 super) and plugged his gpu (gt210) and pc did give us a display. After that we took his gpu out and plugged mine and pc gave us display. I have no problem right now but i want to know what was the problem and i am a little bit afraid that this would happen again.

Ryzen 7 3700x cpu

Asus rog strix rtx 2070 super

corsair vengence 2x8 3600 mhz

corsair cx750m psu

If it`s fine now then there`s no need to worry.Might be some bad luck.
