Capture Cards.

Not sure if this is the right thread seires ... However,, I was wondering if there is any capture Cards that do the encoding on their own. I was told AverMedia ones will but Elgato will not. Built my wife a streaming machine and she lost interest in it. Recently picked it back up. For her birthday I want to get her a loupdeck and a capture card. Was wondering which Cards would reduce load on her CPU and GPU as well as let her stream non PC. Like a switch or something. Maybe she'll finally touch the switch I bought her for more than just Animal Crossing lol. PCIE not USB. Her desk is gonna be cluttered enough with her other peripherals on it.

I just went with the Elgato4K60 MK2. It won't reduce load but at least she can stream the Switch and PS4.
