I know you don’t have integrated graphics but have you tried booting without the GPU to see if the lights go away? I don’t really see the relation between the parts swapped and your issue but it clearly exists

Damn, I'm so dumb. I somehow forgot to plugin the 8 pin CPU connector into the PSU itself xD

So I just upgraded my PSU and GPU. Now my PC gives a black screen with a red light on CPU and DRAM. All fans are spinning full speed, except for my exhaust fan which is not spinning at all. I've made sure all cables are connected properly and they are.

What were the old PSU and GPU? Did you make sure the new parts are not defective?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

Old PSU was a System Power 9, old GPU was a 4gb Sapphire Pulse 5500 XT (was sent for RMA because it made a weird sound, was offered a replacement). GPU was fully tested by the seller, not sure about the PSU

Will try a CMOS clear and RAM reseat

Just did a CMOS clear and RAM reseat, still the same issue. Rear fan is spinning now though
