LMG Subtitles

I can tell I'm not the only one who noticed this.

The Manual Subtitles (not the auto generated ones) seem like they were written by a professional typist who has no knowledge or interest in technology as you notice when someone uses an acronym or another tech term that isn't spelt quite how it sounds, you see subtitle mistakes because whoever is writing the subtitles seems to be writing phonetically for terms they don't recognise.

 

I'm fairly certain it's not a bot because they seem good enough to be better than auto generated, but all the mistakes I'm seeing convince of the conclusion I wrote above.

 

Who is writing these subtitles and why?

(And when I ask why I don't mean why write subtitles, that's obvious, I mean why is that person typing those subtitles, or why is that person writing the subtitles in the way that they are writing them).
