Uncooled area on radiator

I bought a 360mm Corsair aio a while back but it doesn't properly fit in my case. I was able to fit the radiator in the front of my case (Asus GT301 TUF) just fine but it was built to support only up to 240mm rads. The rad itself fits in the case just fine but there isn't enough space for a fan to mount to the bottom section (2 fans fit instead of the normal 3). I have been running with it for about a month now with no noticeable issues but I've been worried that this could be a huge mistake just waiting to reveal itself. Is this fine to keep in my case for a while or do I need to get a new one that properly supports the rad?
