Hello guys!

Any opinions on EVGA rtx 30 series (are EVGA GPUs any good) and would you pick EVGA over ASUS/MSI/AORUS?

IMO the cards itself is all the "same" if you just, you know like, buying the card plug it into your system and called it a day

I would pick asus over evga or other since tbh i never use their products and evga is not that popular in here...

I have an EVGA XC3 Ultra 3080 ti.

It is nice but it is not one of EVGA's aggressively overclocked versions.

It is a bit of an under performer but it is still 20 frames more than the 2080 ti it replaced.

I also have a ASUS Rog Strix OC 3080. It is aggressively overclocked but is so over engineered that it runs cool even using 450 watts.

It is only $50 cheaper than the XC3 so the 3080 ti is a better buy.

These and the Tuf are the best for this series but you pay for it.

I got a MSI 3090 Gaming X Trio yesterday and the best way to describe it is that it is conservative. It's GPU and vram are relatively cool under load so I consider it a winner.

it is faster than the EVGA 3080 ti but not by much.

This one was bough for 8k editing.

I have not gone for other brands since I was not happy with reviews and specs.

So for me it is ASUS or MSI with EVGA as a third option.

I still have one more to buy and this time it will be a 3080 ti either by ASUS, EVGA or MSI, witch ever comes first.

Well what I am looking at is a 3070 ti ftw 3 ultra which is around 760£ here. The other makes are between 900-1000£ with the same specs

I am in the US and only buy at MSRP.

I was on auto-notify for the FTW3 Ultra 3070 ti and the ASUS TUF.   The EVGAs are a lot cheaper here but I would have gone for either one.
