You will want to upgrade the board to a b450 or b550 and the cpu to a 3600 or 5600x

Some games are just less intensive than others, and some games may be cpu intentive (most esport games) or gpu intensive (literally all AAA games)

So if you have a crappy gpu (1060 is a perfectly capable card but usually wont handle ultra settings very well) then in gpu intensive games youll get lower fps

If you have a crappy cpu (1200 is still somewhat capable but its not very fast) then in cpu intensive games like csgo youll get lower fps

Not sure

Then again you can get windows for like 20$ on sites like scdkey and if you are fine with a random key then 3$ on ebay

You dont need to pay 100$ for some shitty license that dont do crap anyways

As long as you get the license key, you should be able to reuse the same windows 10. If it's already linked to your windows account, it should automatically verify your windows license.
