which gpu should I buy?

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Microsoft Flight Simulator, COD 

My build:

Ryzen 5 3600 6-core

Patriot Viper 4 Blackout Series DDR4 16GB 3200 MHz 
MSI MGP x570 Gaming Plus

 

I am looking into buying a rtx 3070 or 6700 xt.

Which one should I get or if you have other recommendation

You won't be buying any gpu anytime soon or in the future.

Until the pandemic ends, and prices come down for gpu's to become affordable.

Get the 3070 if you wish to play at high resolutions (above 1080p)

 

Get the 6700xt if you wish to play at lower resolutions such as 1080p

 

 

Gpu prices are dropping so i think you can get one for 800£ if you are lucky

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 AORUS MASTER 8GB for 1150$ and XFX Radeon RX6700XT SWFT 309 for 940$ here.

 

Are these prices any better or is it not much different in the UK?

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 AORUS MASTER 8GB is for £899.99 and XFX Radeon RX6700XT SWFT for £659.99 here. I think currency wise it's more or less same
