.dll not found

No matter how many times I reinstall or verify the installation "Farming Simulator 19" on the epic games launcher keeps giving me a '.dll not found" error. I've restarted my PC, done a safe reboot, reinstalled the program, ect. I thought it might be due to drive failure (old PC I'm using a hdd) so at first I tryed installing it in a different location on my PC and even tryed installing it on a separate external drive. I haven't had this issue with any other games on the epic games launcher or otherwise.

Sometimes when a dll is missing it's from the directx package.

What is the name of the dll specifically?

MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll

Run Install_all.bat as Administrator

Reboot if asked (shouldn't be needed)
