PC randomly restarts. I suspect faulty PSU but am not sure. I have stressed test both my GPU and CPU and no restarts doing so. The only time It has restarted is when I am just normally watching video or browsing the web and not during stress tests (weird?) It seems I can game just fine and put heavy loads on my hardware and no restarts (or at least not yet) during those times. So I have no idea what the problem could be. On another note I RMA'd my PSU got one back and my system is having problems. I had gotten a replacement one until I got the replacement RMA one back. The replacement one or temp one I got I had no problems at all, no rand restarts or anything. So perhaps this points to the PSU but obviously not sure. I wish I had a voltmeter to fully test it.

If anyone could maybe shed some more knowledge on this, I'll be very grateful

Thanks

If there were no issues with the other PSU, I'd switch it back in and test again. RMA  replacement units are usually used and repaired units from the RMA center, so most likely the replacement unit you got is bad. It does happen occasionally. I'd recommend trying the other PSU again and confirming the issue only happens with the other unit. I'd also recommend just using the new unit or buying a brand new unit over doing the RMA again. I'd let the RMA team know and you may be able to get a new unit from them or at least a partial or full refund.

Good idea but I retuned it and got my money back from it. I now wish I would have kept it

The only way to really test if it is PSU or not would be to test a new unit in the machine so... unfortunately you may have to go out and get another unit.
