Thanks for the prompt reply,

For the GPU I don`t really need that much power. With only 256MB of VRAM allocated to the iGPU Games like Minecraft run at a acceptable framerates.

Also the PSU I have is a  Antec Atom V450

The atom is a garbage psu so yeah limits used options. To cards that do pcie power only no extra cables.

Either way follow my advice on the ram so you get a little cpu performance boost from dual channel (doesnt do much on this intel generation but 5% boost is a good trade-off for losing 2gb of ram when your games won't use 10gb at all anyway if you go fro a 2x4gb kit.

For gpu keep it at the gt 1030 GDDR5 (VERY IMPORTANT IT IS THE GDDR5 VERSION!!!!!). Some other options listed from best to worst (looking at used market too) all without extra power needs keep that i mind some do exist with an extra 6pin connector those are a no go.

Gtx 1050 (4gb, 2gb is a waste)

Gtx 750ti

Gt 1030

Rx550

Budget (including currency): INR 8000 ($110)

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Online School, Casual Games, lots of video watching

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have almost everything I just need to upgrade:

OK, My PC is running like something out of 1990s and I want to upgrade it and I have a budget of $110 so what`s the weakest thing in my computer(except Ram)

Pentium G3220

H81 motherboard

2GB DDR3 (I am upgrading to 10 GB soon)

120 GB Crucial BX500 SSD

160 WD Blue HDD

Graphics:- Intel integrated Junk

Thank you for your attention.

In the 90's this would be a supercomputer :p.

Get more ram and ditch that 2gb stick so you can boost that weak igpu a bit more.

This is a totally fine office machine the moment you give it 8 or with your budget if you want for some reason 16gb of ram. Either way I would ditch that 2gb stick and just get a 2x4gb or 2x8gb kit and call it a day.

Sure a gpu can help but your budget only allows at best a new gt 1030 gddr5 big upgrade but not a great card.

Since you didn't mention what games I can't really recommend anything.

I also NEED to know your psu in DETAIL. The model not just wattage and such.

Ok, Thank you.

I will purchase a used 8GB memory kit (2x4gb) and also a used GTX 750ti and I hope my computer gets out of the 90s.

Very thank you telling what components should I use.

I mean again this system would have literally been a super computer if it had existed back then :p.

I don`t use Windows 10.

I Use Linux ,Windows 8.1 and Bliss OS(Android) If I try to use Windows 10 then I literally have 95% ram usage on idle.

Oh you'll be fine then with 8gb. 10 64bit likes to reserve a lot.
