Ryzen 3 2200g Driver Issues

Every time I start my pc, I get a "no Amd Drivers installed" message. I know how to download the drivers, but every time I try it says that the AMD Radeon service will no work with my pc and then it only gives me the option to close. I have tampered with drivers in the past (to fix an audio issue), and that is where the problem began and the message started appearing.
