Ok so i have loved all the marvel films for as long as they have been out, now i want to dive into the comics, but were in the hell do i start. So many storylines so many universes. I really want to stay with the avengers characters includeing secondary characters in the main universe were all the characters are so if i ever want to expand its in the same univers, thanks for all the help

If you want to read about the avengers characters then there are Avengers comics so you dont have to pick a specific hero to begin with. You can just read some of them until you find a hero you enjoy the most  then buy their comic :)

 

I personally prefer the DC characters because i prefer the more dark overall themes but i do have a soft spot for the heroes in the Avengers.
