i currently have B450 GAMING PLUS MAX | Motherboard | MSI Global

 

ive upgraded to a zen 3 cpu and want to upgrade 

ive watched alot of vids on b550 vs x570

and am a bit stuck between these boards

which one should i get

What is wrong with your current board?

geometry is hard
b550 > x570

not much but i have my fathers pc running a 3600 in a b350 board with not the best vrm's and would like to give him my current mobo and upgrade to a board that can better handle my 32gb of ram my kraken x53 and my 5600x to future proof it and the fact i want more capabilities on my system

I can only recommend hardware I use, because I've used it 😄

 

Strix B550-F is an awesome board. I have a 5600X as well and together they are pretty potent.
