what is the problem here?

so i am only playing CS:GO and i had fps drops from 250 300 to 60 100 so i did fresh install of the windows and also installed cs on ssd but after 1 day it did same again same drops and i looked on my MSI Afternurmer Graps  and usage and frequency of my cpu drops down from 100 to 20 and also frequency from 3.3 to 1.6unknown.pngunknown.png
