I've formatted my drives recently because I wanted to install a fresh version of windows onto my old pc. I've used the Windows 10 media creation tool to create a bootable usb. I'm sure the usb stick works because I've used it to install windows on a different pc. I've even tried formatting the usb multiple times as FAT32 and reinstalling the creation tool. The PC posts just fine and I can get into bios, however when I try and boot into the usb, this screen appears (photo I've provided) then turns black, but my pc stays on. I'm not seeing any debug leds stay lit when this happens so I am assuming all my components are fine. I've performed multiple cmos resets and still have gotten no where. Any help or advice are greatly appreciated!

Here are my computer specs:

CPU: RYZEN 5 1600x

RAM: 32GB 3200MHZ G.SKILL

GPU: ZOTAC GTX 1060 6GB

MOBO: MSI B350 TOMAHAWK

2nd, trying the onboard graphics.  It looks like it is trying to run a resolution or refresh rate your monitor doesn't support.  Any Overclocking going on in BIOS or custom firmwares on the GPU?
