New PC Windows 10 Install Issue

I have a usb with windows 10 media and after going through the whole set up on the new PC, it restarted and keeps displaying this message. 
”The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.”

I tried the install again onto my hhd and the same thing happened. 
Someone please help I’m about to kill the whole thing
