What exactly is Corsair Link and is it worth it?

Want a fan controller but dont want something in the drive bays :D

Desktop: CPU: I7-5820K GPU: 980Ti, 750Ti PhysX Mobo: MSI X99A SLI PLUS RAM: 4x4 Kingston DDR4 2400MHz OS: Win10
Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.

Peripherals: Screen: 3x BenQ VZ2350 Mouse: Razer Naga Keyboard: Some Dell Thing Sound: Razer Tiamat, 5.1 Logitech Surround Speakers

Corsair Link is basically a thing that integrates case fans, lighting, compatible Corsair PSUs, and Hydro series coolers into this thing that connects to a USB header to your board, and you can control and monitor temperatures, RPM, water temperature, and adjust cooling accordingly.

Yes, you have to buy the hub for them on the corsair website

i stopped using corsair link because it is so broken and it had random cpu usage i use speed fan now which is so much better because it controls the case fans as well which is so good because i have all of my case fans off until my gpu hits 60C  and you can set fan curves

Corsair Link is quite useful for monitoring PSU wattage input and output, especially if you don't have a watt reading meter.

Th only thing i think its good for is telling me how many watts im using with my PSU. It came with my PSU though. I probably wouldnt buy one.
