Pc stuck on boot loading

Additional info:
Everything worked fine, untill i decided to move few drives to another place for cooling reasons, however OS is installed in M2 and i did not moved that, this is how IT looks like when i want to boot into normal Windows, the M2 is boot priority 1, when i wanted to clean everything with new w10 with usb stick its just stuck on purple screen of w10 installe, please help literaly everything was working untill i moved few drives which were samoty anyway, however case is pretty heavy, idk whay might came loose and caused this, i checked cables

UPDATE: (i have 2x M2, 2x HDD, 2x SSD(the ssd are combined into one)) when i tried to pull out all sata cables so non of the drives would be picked up the windows booted normaly, when i put back in the sata cables it bricked again, only boot up when sata cables are disconnected

same problem BUT in setup, not loading stuck on windoiws logo and only 3 dots that not move
