Hi guys (1st time posting)
I've been trying to save some money this year to upgrade my old gaming PC: FX 6100 - x2 4gb 1333 Ram - Sapphire 6770 - Gigabyte 78LMT-S2P - 500gb HDD - Thermaltake 430w - 17'' Monitor. My goal is to be able to play games at a stable 60fps on games like Battlefield 4, Guildwars 2 (which are currently my goto games) but I also like the Witcher series, Dragon Age series, etc. I don't care if I can't play them on ULTRAMAXIMUMSOMUCHREALISM quality (I've been playing Bf4 since launch on low 1366x768 just to have 60fps most of the time).

My current budget? about 500.000 COP, which by the time of this post is $256 USD, I have someone that can send me the parts from USA (for a price) or buy them here in Colombia.

What would impact more my general gaming experience? Upgrade my CPU for a 8350-8320-6300-6350-something else? Upgrade my GPU for a 270x-something else? Get an SSD along with the CPU? Save more money? Forget about games and buy a WiiU?

Thank you and let me know if there's more information you need to know.

Don't have someone buy the parts and send them to you unless you really really trust them.  Sketchy.  I think your system is fine as is.  The best thing you can do is buy a new GPU.  GTX 760($230) > GTX 660($200) > GTX 750ti($150).

I wouldn't worry about a new motherboard.  Upgrading your GPU will give you the best impact on your performance.  If you do decide to get a GTX 760, which I think you should get, you can afford it and it is the best available GPU for your budget, your 430w PSU *should* be able to handle it, if not, a 500W will be better, but I am very comfortable saying that you will be fine with a GTX 760 on your 430W PSU.

I just did a PSU rating thing, where I built a system with your exact specs and put a GTX760 on it instead of your current GPU.  You will be fine with your current power supply and a GTX 760.

My advice, buy a GTX 760 and enjoy your new high frame rates.

"I genuinely dislike the promulgation of false information, especially to people who are asking for help selecting new parts."

Just realize I completely ignore your question, I have no plans of changing my monitor for now (maybe in a near-future if my job is doing as good as it's going right now) and I don't really know what case I have... these things have a model number somewhere? (I didn't buy it, a friend gave it to me like a year ago)
