So recently I got a hold of 3 3070s in a car deal. The guy didn't have all the cash but had 3 3070s he could through into the deal. My issue is I thought these cards would have obvious reasons to keep over the others but I haven't found much. The cards are MSI Ventus x3 3070, Gigabyte Gaming OC 3070 3 fan, and Asus Dual OC 3070. Asus has dual bios obviously but honestly I don't see myself using that often. I don't really care for a quiet mode. So back to issue at hand I tried running Unigine Heaven test to see if the scores would be different enough in scores to make a difference but they are so close its margin of error especially the gigabyte and Asus. The MSI scored lowest by 30ish points. MSI score 4196, Gigabyte score 4238, Asus score 4233. So the Gigabyte scored the highest but as this point unless someone has other info on these cards that will help me make a better decision, I'm basically just gonna choose what looks best in my build and I think that's the Gigabyte.

Longevity. Gigabyte cards in this generation known to pee oil all over its thermal pads spot. You really need to repad it before using it unless you love smelly PC and damaged components.

Thank you for the info! After repadding it do you think its the better one out of the 3?

What are the thermals for each card during Heaven?

If you are talking esthetics I think the ASUS looks the best mostly because it isn't as long as the other two which makes it look cleaner IMO.

MSI and the Gigabyte seem to sag quiet a bit so I would probably get something to counter that if you keep one of those.

Please use 2 separate PCIe power cables that way you don't miss out on performance because of inadequate power delivery. Probably want to rerun heaven with two cables to get a more accurate picture on how they perform.

Desktop: i9-10850K [Noctua NH-D15 Chromax.Black] | Asus ROG Strix Z490-E | G.Skill Trident Z 2x16GB 3600Mhz 16-16-16-36 | Asus ROG Strix RTX 3080Ti OC | SeaSonic PRIME Ultra Gold 1000W | Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB | Samsung 860 Evo 2TB | CoolerMaster MasterCase H500 ARGB | Win 10

Display: Samsung Odyssey G7A (28" 4K 144Hz)

I love my Asus Dual 3070, stays cool and runs great.  Simple aesthetics, only downside is the color is not adjustable which is a non concern for some.

Ryzen 9 5900x CPU

Asus Dual 3070 + EVGA FTW3 Ultra 3070 GPU(S)

Asus ROG Strix B550-F Motherboard

Corsair Dominator 16x2 3600mhz RAM

Corsair H100x AIO

Rosewill S500 Case

Thermaltake RIING 12 fans (4)

I cant remember exact thermals but I do remember from all three cards the highest I saw was 72 c on stock fan curve. Im sure I can tweak the fan curves to lower temps. And definitely plan on getting something for the sag on either the MSI or Gigabyte depending on what card I end up keeping in the system. As for the pci e cable I plan on doing that I just wanted to make sure all the cards performed before I went through all my cable management adding a cable. Because my original card is an EVGA XC Gaming 3060 so just single 8 pin. Didn't want to added a cable if they were all junk for some reason. Thank you for the input. I appreciate!

Oh it's not adjustable? I haven't got to any of those features with these cards yet. Just testing them to make sure they all work. I do like the look of the dual though. But I'd like to keep my black and red theme. But wouldn't be a huge deal. Thank you for the response!

I'd keep whatever has the best thermals/acoustics, especially if looks aren't too important to you. They'd probably all perform around the same as each other if i were to guess

Ryzen 7800x3D | Asus ROG STRIX B650E-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16gb 6000MHz | ASUS TUF GAMING RTX 4080 Super | Samsung 980 Pro 2tb | Corsair RM850x

think maybe something is off with OP's case or motherboard (my inwin case has *massive* mounts for GPU, think that helps for sure)
