Xmg core 17 vs xmg neo 17

Since I am going to university soon I am going to need a laptop around 1800-2000 euros.

 

I found the xmg core (1803) and neo (1827) 17. They are about the same price. What's the difference between the two? Btw I know I haven't selected an ssd but that's because I already have one.

Can I also install a 2.5 hdd? It doesn't say if it has sata on the specifications so I don't think it does.

 

Feel free to recommend any other laptop in the price-range
