Philips 190S7 mostly dead

Hello, I was using the 190S7 as my 2nd monitor for a few months without problems, today it shut off, and if it turns on, if any button is pressed (menu, brightness up or down, ect) it restarts, after a few button presses it turns off until it is unplugged and plugged back in. 

 

What could be the cause of it?

 

I have tried removing it, blowing on the board, checking the connections on the board and checking if the buttons are ok

 

The board looks ok to me
