First PC build

Hello everyone, I'm here to get some advise on my first build, I'm trying to build a gaming and workstation pc and I'm super excited to be upgrading from my laptop.

 

Budget (including currency): 2500SGD

Country: Singapore 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I'll be playing COD and battlefield as well as running design softwares such as Adobe, rhino 6, sketchup, Vray and Keyshort. On average I'm running multiple software together like rhino 6 having it render a product in the background while I work on Adobe illustrator with photoshop.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I'm upgrading from a predator helios acer laptop. Planning to build it in December, as I'm currently schooling and slowly saving up money for the built. I'm just aiming for a 1440p, I'm not sure about refresh rate.

A Scythe Fuma 2 should be cheaper if you have those available.

 

That Ram doesn't make much sense. I would suggest a 3200 - 3600 CL16 kit instead. 

 

Maybe consider a different SSD if you are moving lots of data/files around. The SN750 for example.
