Help from an audiohead needed

So lately i have tried 3 different motherboards and powersupply's. 2 gpu's and cpu's and a bunch of different HDD's and SSD's just to get a annoying high pitch out of my pc. The problem lies with the power delivery to my motherboard as the high pitched sound comes from the psu but changes depending on the motherboard in place. with my old b85 motherboard there was a bit of humming that came from the psu but faded into the background after a while. Since i upgraded to the b450 platform my psu (and the several other psu's i've tried) are making an extremly high pitched sound that i can hear but other family members can't, excluding my younger brother. It's driving me crazy and it's causing me headache's, tinnitus and just general ear pain. Does anyone have an idea what else i can do?

Is this passive noise like your PC is just making the noise itself like you can hear it just being around it like coil whine?or is this when you listen to things through your PC using speakers or headphones?
