Cpu error post?

I'm confused, the debugging leds on my b450 tomahawk max goes from cpu to ram... gpu fine then it suddenly reboots itself and goes back to cpu and stays there. I'm not sure what's wrong at this point since I did get it to boot into windows a few min ago then it just rebooted itself and now this happens. Any ideas to further troubleshoot this? 

 

Sometimes it just blinks on the cpu led then turns solid on the same led

 

Update1: Got into windows but it just rebooted it self and is stuck again on the cpu led 

 

Update2: I can run windows now but it still crashes every now and then and resumes the same symptoms 

All I did was unplug and re-plug the cpu 8 pin and restart have no clue what's wrong and what I'm doing right
