Is it normal that my gpu temps are arond 58-60°C when doing absolutely nothing? And my max temps with both fans at 100% are around 82-84°C?

I have a pny 2060 SUPER 8GB, i usually run it underclocked by -200Mhz on core and -300Mhz on memory. I do that because i do a lot of deepfakes and i don't want to burn my card

im not an expert but yes these a bit higher than normal but as long as your gpu isnt thermal throttling and its delivering the expected performance, i wouldnt worry too much

I don't remember the model name but it's this one: RTX 2060 SUPER Dual Fan : Amazon.it: Informatica

so dual fan version then, how old the card is and does it like clean you know, like, the heatsink "free" from dust

I bought it about a year ago. I'm going to clean the whole pc tomorrow since it's a few months that it's collecting dust.

My case fans are also bilanced: 2 in 2 out.

I have a r5 2600 at stock clock with stock cooler maybe that's making the whole case a bit hotter. should i upgrade to a decent one like a bequiet or noctua?

if the temps are fine and you like fine with it then keep it, in theory cpu temps will not affect gpu at all, since hot air rises, your cpu is on top of gpu, and it close to an exhaust fan, so hopefully get the point

but if you wish to upgrade it, that was also fine...

did the temps this high when you bought it?

With it being a potentially a few years old and used for both gaming other things, you may want to pull it apart, blow all the dust out (some is there even if you can't see it), and re-do the thermal paste. It is surprisingly easier than you would expect and you will notice a different in idle temps.

Yeah that is the same thing that others told me. Guess i'll have to do some manual work

make sure you dont spin the fan tho, a slow 5-10 at the time rotation is fine but i mean like you would get rid the dust by using compress air and the fan spin fast

Is this thermal past from corsair good? Corsair TM30 Pasta Termica ad Alte Prestazioni, Collante Dissipatore di Calore, Pasta Termoconduttiva High per CPU e GPU, Materiale Interfaccia Termica, 3 grammi : Amazon.it: Informatica

I don't want to risk anything so i want the best possible
