Budget (including currency): $1500 USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rocket League, Minecraft, Game Streaming, Game Recording

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I would like 32GB DDR4, onboard Wi-Fi on MB, an NVIDIA chipset GPU, at least one 2TB HDD, able to install and AIO in the future, and a fully modular PSU. One thing I've been trying is to decide between either AMD or Intel. I have gone with Intel my whole life and so have my parents so I'd rather go with Intel.

Another mediocre pcpartpicker list by me .-.

10900f cause cheap 10 core cpu, i suggest setting a 4.6-4.8ghz all core with 1.25v or less in the bios for efficiency, though you could just lock it to 5.2ghz all core i dont reccomend that cause you are gonna need a crap ton of voltage

Fuma 2 to cool this nuclear reactor down

Decent z490 so you can tweak the cpu and not have the vrms catch fire

Cheaped out on everything else

Gpu is up to you

What motherboard could I use that supports OC and has Wi-Fi. I'm not saying I want to OC just in case I want to in the future.

Gaming edge wifi is 20$ more than the a pro

And the 12 phase should be enough even if you oc, btw you can raise bclk to 103 or 104 for slight oc but i dont really reccomend that

Ok ish

The rgb ram is 3000mhz, i think theres similarly priced rgb ram at 3200mhz, just sort by price low to high

Those fans are ridicolously expensive, just get a p400a which has 3rgb fans included and just add another phanteks rgb fan

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/t2qs2V

Rgb (tforce 3200 rgb ram is 3$ more)

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3sbvMv

Non rgb

Eh 50$ diff is prob worth it

Btw whyd you change the psu for a 650w?

Is the neoeco not a good psu or just the pcpartpicker star rating thingy?

Cause i know when a psu is bad ill get bashed for it xD and so far i havent been bashed for using the neoeco

I saw the neoECO wasn't modular and I really don't want a bunch of extra cables so I went with the cheapest fully modular.

Oh, you could tuck the cables behind the case but cable management doesnt do much for airflow unless its massive cables like ide cable or 24 pin cable

This list only allows for a 3070 or 3060ti, while a more balanced build with something like a 5600x or 11400/11600 can allow for a 3080. In games like minecraft, a 5600x + 3080 would be much faster than a 10900f + 3060ti/3070, as MC is heavily single threaded.

Things to note -
-I would at least try AMD. For what you are doing a 5600x seems superior for gaming due to AMDS much better single thread and single core performance.
-You don't need 32GB of RAM, it is a complete waste.

Yea superior gaming performance but what about streaming .-.

10900f has 10c but also has decent single core cause it boosts to 5.2ghz stock though messing with bclk and dynamic oc would prob allow 5.3 on 1 or 2 cores

5600x on the other hand boosts to 4.6 stock but if you have a decent cooler and enabled pbo auto oc you might be able to get abit higher, prob 4.8 or 4.9ghz, maybe even 5ghz if you mess with curve optimizer

The 10900f is only 60$ more than a 5600x but has 10 cores whilst keeping good single core performance so is ideal for this cause op does some streaming

The middleground might be a 10700kf but only if you can find it for the same price as the 5600x, and to get the most out of that cpu you are gonna have to mess with dynamic oc, id say its worth it if it can reach 5.6 or 5.7 over the 10900f 5.3 (w blck + dynamic oc), but then again youd need an ultra beefy cooler like the liquid freezer 360, nhd15, or drp4, which basically makes the middleground useless cause then itd cost the same as a 10900f + fuma 2

Who uses their CPU for streaming?
