lockscreen grey screen

I did a lot of tweaks on my system for performance when I had a bad cpu, and I think now I have encountered a problem with my lockscreen idk if its cuz of that but that is my guess. When I go to lockscreen and seleck windows spotlight it just shows a grey screen like this, like it doesnt have images to show or whatever.

MAybe try to  boot to safe mode and do "sfc /scannow" on command prompt.

Ill try that, but also I wanna mention I changed a lot of things in regedit perhaps that is the issue? If you know what I need to change back to make it normal pls help I dont wanna reinstall windows

No point of reference what you did in regedit = no idea what to revert back.

If no luck in other options, probably "repair install" would help - keeping the files and all.
